Who owns the store?
The store runs on your own domain, and the content, product and customer data belong to you. The subscription covers hosting, maintenance, updates and support. If you decide to leave, we export your data in standard formats.
How long does setup take?
It depends on product count and integrations; a typical store goes live in 3-4 weeks. Projects requiring marketplace or ERP integration can take longer.
Is there a separate setup fee?
No. Setup is part of the monthly subscription. On top of that, the first 15 days after your store goes live are free; billing starts on day 16.
How do the 15 free days work?
Once your store is built and live on your own domain, the first 15 days are free. If you change your mind within that window you leave without paying anything, and we export your product and customer data in standard formats. Billing starts on day 16 — and there is no setup fee to begin with.
Can you migrate my existing store?
Yes. We migrate products, categories and customer data from IdeaSoft, Ticimax, Shopify or WooCommerce. If your URL structure changes, we 301-redirect the old addresses so you don't lose search visibility.
Do you provide the virtual POS?
The virtual POS application is made in your name with your bank or payment institution, and money goes straight to your account. We handle the integration. Card details are entered on the hosted payment page, so they never reach your store's server.
Is the advertising budget included?
No. The plan price covers store infrastructure, maintenance and support. Advertising budget and campaign management are quoted separately.
